John Carrier
Founding Partner
John is one of the four founding partners of Asian Arts. He has been practicing tai chi for more than 28 years and has been teaching it for more than 20 years. He is primarily a Chen practitioner, and also has a strong background in Yang style tai chi.
John is a 12th generation direct line disciple of Grand Master Chen Zhenglei, one of China's top ten martial arts masters. Grand Master Chen is the 11th generation direct-line inheritor of Chen family tai chi, the family that created tai chi more than 400 years ago.
Lorraine Noval

Lorraine is one of the four founding partners of Asian Arts Group and Master Trainer for the Tai Chi for Heath Institute.
Lorraine began her tai chi journey in the mid-1990s with a class in the Yang-24 forms routine. After that - and to this day - she can't get enough Tai Chi. Among her favorite routines today are the Sun-73, Chen -36, Chen LaoJia YiLu, Sword 42-forms, Chen sword 49-forms, Wuji Jing Gong Qigong, and Wuji Jing Gong Performance form. But, she always comes back to Sun Style.
Kate McKee
Partner
Kate McKee has studied and played tai chi for over ten years. She has been a long time student at Asian Arts and has taken workshops with well known tai chi Masters including Dr. Paul Lam, Master William Ting, and Grandmaster Chen Zhenglei. Kate has studied both Sun and Yang style tai chi, with a concentration in Sun style forms.
Kate enjoys both learning and teaching tai chi, and especially enjoys introducing new students to the benefits and joy of tai chi practice. She continues to study new forms to add to her knowledge and skill.
