Fundamentals of Tai Chi:

Master Ting focused on the fundamentals necessary for successful Tai Chi practice. The basic Tai Chi principles, correct posture, centering, and fluid movement were explored in-depth in this stimulating session. Tai Chi practitioners at all levels and studying all styles found this workshop important to understanding and advancing their current level of practice.

Wu Ji Jing Gong Tai Chi Fundamentals:

This workshop presented a unique opportunity to experience this form of Tai Chi, rarely found outside of China. Elements of Chen, Sun, Wu, and Yang styles are all found within this beautiful form.  Tai Chi principles and postural fundamentals were discussed and incorporated throughout the workshop, and the underlying theories of Tai Chi were demonstrated and instructed.  Because of the depth and subtlety of this form, only a portion this Performance Form was taught in this first workshop. Subsequent workshops will continue to develop the Form.
 

Wu Ji Jing Gong Qigong:

Qigong is the stepping-stone to a more complete understanding of Tai Chi. The focus of this session was the Wu Ji Jing Gong Qigong form. Master Ting presented each Qigong movement with attention to detail, placing emphasis on correct posture, underlying principles, and the unity between the body and mind to achieve fluid movement and relaxation.
